Peace was born and raised in California but found the love of his life in Dallas, Texas, after relocating in 2009. Though Texas has found its way to his heart, he never forgets where he came from. The California palms and ocean waves from his humble beginnings will always hold a place, often surfacing in his passion for surfing and traveling. He is very thankful for his diverse and rich life experiences and as a result, he values living life to the fullest. This aspiration doesn’t end with himself, he desires the same for his clients. Peace finds great fulfillment helping people actualize their dreams through the selling of their homes and also helping them find and purchase the home of their dreams. Peace discovered his skill and passion for real estate back in 2005 during an aggressive and highly competitive spike in the market. Fueled by the challenge and his strong commitment to his clients, he quickly rose above the competition, becoming recognized as Rookie of the year for most sales. He also had the honor of being recognized and featured as a phenomenal seller by top builders such as DR Horton. And this was just the start of his career. Through 15 successful years of real estate experience across California and Texas, Peace has always aimed to deliver the stellar real estate experience for all of his clients. His unrelenting commitment grows out of his love and care for people, the very reason why he enjoys sales in real estate. Laid back with serious chops as a Taekwondo black belt and finds landscaping therapeutic. Mr. Miyagi would be proud.
